A Meeting Space is a division of Comadres Inc., a woman and minority owned and operated business since 2003. Comadres Inc. was co-founded with a shared vision to service clients objectively with their best interests in mind. As such AMS does not accept any marketing dollars from any company that a client might purchse from. We charge no marketing fees to hotel or venues to be a part of our clients bid process and present all viable options.

The owners of A Meeting Space have over 12 years of experience each in the hospitality business. Each of our meeting associates have over 5 years of experience in the industry and represent the best and most ethical the industry has to offer.

We provide consistent quality meetings and exceptional service. You will not give up creative and innovative meeting ideas to achieve cost containment.
